To begin using your Ace Valley Vape, simply inhale. The airflow sensor will activate the battery, heating the coil to the correct temperature required to create good vapor production. Once you begin to inhale, a light at the bottom of the device will illuminate confirming the battery is active and the oil is being vaporized as you draw it in through the mouthpiece.

Your 510 vape cartridge works by connecting it to any compatible 510 battery. Once connected you simply inhale. If you are using the Ace Valley 510 battery, you will see a light at the bottom of the device that will illuminate, confirming the battery is active and the oil is being vaporized as you draw it in through the cartridge.

No. Our formulations are solvent free, use no carrier oil or other thickening agent and are produced in a GMP-certified facility. More specifically we do not utilize carrier oil, propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), vitamin E oil and its derivatives, nicotine, alcohol, sugars or sweeteners or any thickening agents in the production of our formulations.

We source all-natural, botanical terpenes from a GMP-certified supplier. Botanical (plant-based) terpenes naturally add flavour and aroma to our distillate without taking on the risks commonly associated with using cannabis derived terpenes: reduced shelf-life, reduced homogeneity, leaking, overheating and general volatility.

Our disposable vape is made of mostly stainless steel and has a child resistant paper box, as we try to avoid using plastic as much as possible in creating this product. Currently no vapes in Canada are recyclable but we are working on ways to minimize our carbon footprint and are working towards finding ways to recycle various components. Take any empty vape pens, cartridges, or dead batteries to your local e-waste drop off location. Refrain from throwing them out in garbage or recycling.

Our cartridges are professionally filled and sealed shut in a licensed facility that runs tests for quality control and safety. Please do not refill your cartridges once they are empty or attempt to open them.

Yes, your 510 battery is compatible with any legal 510 cartridges.

1) Your battery will have some charge out of the box but for the best vaping experience, we definitely recommend charging the battery prior to use.

2) To charge the battery, twist it onto your plugged in USB charger.
‍
3) Make sure you twist the battery onto the charger until the light on your charger turns RED -- this means the battery is properly connected and is charging.

4) Leave the battery charging until the light on your charger turns green. Depending on the level of discharge, it will take between 30-60 minutes for your battery to fully charge.

One note: if the light on your charger shows green immediately (before charging), this may mean that your battery was not fully connected. We appreciate this can be tricky and apologize for any confusion.

At this time you cannot purchase the battery charger on its own. Please email hello@acevalley.com and we’d be happy to send you a new battery charger.

If either (a) you do not see any oil in the cartridge or (b) inhaling from your device does not produce any vapor, you should immediately cease inhaling from the vape. Note that there will always be residual oil in the cartridge.

The Ace Valley vape cartridge is designed to hold up to 0.5mL of cannabis distillate. For our initial release, we are offering a 0.3mL product. For this reason, it may appear that your cartridge is not 100% full but all products are strictly weight-tested multiple times so please be assured this is intentional.
